Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you! If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service charge to be paid before the next appointment. I will hold the Zoom meeting open for 10 minutes, then close it and count that as a no-show. If you arrive late, please be aware that your time will not be adjusted. If you no-show your appointment, you will be subject to a no-show fee of 100% of service charge. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Services are non-refundable.
